General
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the rate you book. Best Available Rates can typically be cancelled up to 14:00 on the day of arrival, while Best Advanced Purchase rates are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended. Some of our packages have a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to arrival. Please check your booking confirmation for specific details.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).
Additional information: Brooklands Hotel is now ‘Pay As You Go’, where we kindly ask our guests to settle any charges at the point of consumption or when presented with a bill. Our team will be aware of all your package inclusions and will only request payment at the time for any additional charges.
If any charges or extras have been added to your stay prior to arrival, we will ask for full payment at check-in so you can enjoy a speedy check-out and simply drop your key off at reception knowing that all charges for your stay have been settled in advance.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
Do you have accessible facilities?
Yes, the hotel is equipped with accessible facilities, including accessible bedrooms. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Overnight parking is available at £14 per vehicle, per night. Please ensure you register your vehicle on the tables at Reception upon arrival. Please note that if you have booked Brooklands Hotel directly (not through a third party), car parking is complimentary.
How to find us
The postcode to put into your SatNav is KT13 0SL. When you get closer to the hotel, you can follow signs to Brooklands Museum and Mercedes-Benz World as we all share the same drive (Brooklands Drive!).
Do you have gift vouchers available?
Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be purchased on our website.
Is the hotel dog-friendly?
We love dogs, but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate them at Brooklands Hotel. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.
Rooms & suites
Do you provide cots or extra beds?
We can provide cots or rollaway beds for children upon request. There is a charge of £15 for a rollaway bed. Please note that availability is limited.
Are there accessible rooms available?
Yes, we have accessible rooms designed to meet a range of needs. Please contact us to ensure the room is suitable for your requirements.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Food & drink
What dining options are available at the hotel?
We have 1907 restaurant, bar & grill on the ground floor as well as room service. Please visit our dining page for menus and opening hours.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is included in selected rates. If it’s not included in your rate, you can add breakfast to your booking for £21.95 per person.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available 24 hours a day. A menu can be found on the TV in your bedroom or on our website.

What spa facilities are available?
We’ve made a significant investment to make BSpa even better than before. With new areas and luxurious experiences, BSpa has everything you need to unwind, relax and refresh your mind and body. Our range of indulgent facials, manicures, massages, and body scrubs offers the perfect balance between innovative and classical therapies, and will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and energised.
De-stress in our Himalayan Salt Room, which promotes healthier skin, good sleep and overall wellness. Enjoy the health-giving benefits of our communal Finnish & infra-red saunas. Relax in the large communal steam room with an experience shower adjacent to this, along with an ice fountain. Sit back in our relaxation room and outdoor hydrotherapy hot tub overlooking the Mercedes-Benz World track. Complete your journey in BSpa in our Sunlight Therapy Room & 1907 beach bar, where we serve a range of drinks & cocktails. The unrivalled facilities at BSpa are guaranteed to relax the body and mind, and awaken the senses.
Should you wish to relax & use the BSpa facilities during your stay, there will be a charge of £42 per person (unless you have booked a residential spa break package). A robe, towel & slippers will be provided for use in BSpa, and we offer a three-hour window for spa access at the following times: 09:00–12:00, 12:30–15:30, 16:00–19:00, 19:30–22:30.

Do you offer memberships for the spa?

Are fitness classes available?
We don’t offer fitness classes, but our gym is available for workouts.
Is the gym open 24 hours?
Yes, the gym is open for 24 hours for hotel guests.

We don’t have a golf course, but there are a number of high-quality golf courses nearby.

Do you offer corporate packages?
