We like to do things differently here at Brooklands Hotel, so when venue agents book a meeting or conference with us we'll pay commission before the event*!

Pre-Paid Commission

Our range of stylish, versatile and inspiring event spaces can be transformed to create the perfect setting for any event, from dazzling gala dinners with red carpet arrivals to intimate business meetings and one-to-one interviews. Each of our nine rooms feature neutral, elegant décor, plenty of natural daylight, and the latest AV technology. Many of our spaces offer the opportunity to host a show-stopping event against the backdrop of the Mercedes-Benz World track.

With day delegate rates starting from £59 per person and 24 hour delegate rates starting from £199 on selected dates, you can make your client's next event unique at the four star luxury Brooklands Hotel.

    • Applies to new bookings only
    • You must quote 'COMMISSION' on the initial enquiry for this offer to apply
    • Subject to availability
    • Meeting or event must be booked and take place before 30th September 2024
    • Minimum contracted booking value of £5,000 applies.
    • Any contract value based on the hotel having to use an external company (i.e. hiring AV or entertainment) will not be applicable to the minimum value
    • Commission will be paid on pre-booked/contracted, internal items only (i.e. commission will not be paid on hiring AV equipment or entertainment)
    • Commission will be paid in advance based on the contracted minimum numbers. Any remaining commission will be paid after the event.
    • Commission will be paid once the event contract is signed and relevant deposit is paid.
    • Payment terms: invoices received prior to 15th of the month will be paid at the end of the same month. Invoices received after the 15th of the month will be paid at the end of the following month.
    • Brooklands Hotel reserves the right to end this promotion at any time
    • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
