    Overnight Stay Terms & Conditions

    • Valid for stays on selected dates between 1st May and 9th September 2024
    • All dates are subject to availability
    • All packages must be purchased online
    • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
    • Cancellation Policy: free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Full payment will be taken 72 hours prior to arrival.
    • Specified rates are based on two people sharing a track facing deluxe room
    • A maximum of two adults per room
    • A maximum of one child can stay in a deluxe bedroom with an adult
    • There is an additional charge of £15 for a rollaway bed & breakfast for a child. Dinner is not included for any children booked on the Spring Getaway with Dinner package.
    • Includes a three course meal from our package inclusive menu
    • Please book your dinner reservation time in 1907 restaurant, bar & grill prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment
    • Dinner reservations must be made between 18:30 (18:00 at weekends) and 19:30 or between 21:00 and 21:30 only
    • No discounts will be offered should dinner not be taken during the check-in and check-out dates of your stay
    • Complimentary glass of Prosecco will be served in 1907 bar before dinner
    • Access to BSpa facilities for three hours is included in this package
    • Spa treatments are not included in this package. Should you wish to book a spa treatment, please contact the Reservations Team.

      • Revive & Delight: includes use of the BSpa facilities from 12:30 to 15:30 (please arrive by 12:15), bathrobe & towel to use in BSpa, full afternoon tea, two 25 minute treatments from a selection
      • BSpa Time: includes use of BSpa facilities from 16:00 to 19:00 (please arrive by 15:45), bathrobe and towel to use in BSpa, two 25 minute treatments from a selection
