Terms & Conditions
- Menu included is the package inclusive menu. Upgrade to the banqueting menu for £16 per person
- Evening finger buffet is based on four finger buffet items. Additional items can be added at £3.00 per item, per person
- Offer available on 40 adults. Additional adults can be added for £55.00 per person. Additional evening guests are £12.50 per person.
- Children between 13-17 years are £28.00, 3-12 years are £24.50 and under 3s are complimentary
- A menu tasting can be added for £96 (for two people)
- Price of Signature Suite 319 is bed & breakfast and saving is based on our Best Available Rate for a Saturday.
- Half a bottle of house wine is £18 per person
- The number of guests is based on the number of adults and not children
- New bookings only
- We are licensed for civil ceremonies and if you would like to hold your ceremony at Brooklands Hotel, once you have checked availability with us and made a provisional booking, you need to make a booking with the Superintendent Registrar in Weybridge. We are unable to do this on your behalf
- The room hire for your civil ceremony is £250
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
