Terms & Conditions
- This promotion applies to new meetings & events bookings only, including banqueting & social events for up to 220 guests or delegates
- Valid for new enquiries until 30th September 2024, for any meeting or event that takes place before 31st December 2024
- Event dates and space is subject to availability
- The minimum contracted booking value is £20,000 (inclusive of VAT)
- Any contract value based on the hotel having to use an external company (i.e. hiring AV or entertainment) will not be applicable to the minimum booking value
- For bookings through a venue finding agent, the agent will decide whether the agent or the end client is to receive one entry into the prize draw. It is one entry per booking.
- For bookings direct, the client will receive one entry into the prize draw
- One entry into the prize draw per booking
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
- Once event is guaranteed (deposit paid & signed contract received), client will be entered into a prize draw to win a 3 night stay for two people at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace in Rome on a bed & breakfast basis
- Prize includes £500 towards flights
- Hotel is subject to availability
- The prize winner will be announced by 2nd October 2024
- Prize must be booked by 31st March 2025
- If the prize is booked and taken before 31st March 2025 and the qualifying event is subsequently cancelled, the client/agent (whoever took the prize) will be liable to refund Brooklands Hotel the £500 contribution towards flights and the cost of the three nights at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace in Rome on a bed & breakfast basis for two people. This is in addition to Brooklands Hotel’s standard event terms & conditions.
