Overnight Stay Terms & Conditions

• Valid for stays on selected dates between 14^th December 2023 and 28^th April 2024
• All dates are subject to availability
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
• Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Full payment will be taken 72 hours prior to arrival
• Package must be purchased online
• Specified rates are based on two people sharing a track facing deluxe room
• A maximum of two adults per room
• A maximum of one child can stay in a deluxe bedroom with an adult
• There is an additional charge of £15 for a rollaway bed & breakfast for a child. Dinner is not included for any children booked on this package
• Includes a three course meal from our package inclusive menu
• Please book your dinner reservation time in 1907 restaurant, bar & grill prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment
• Dinner reservations must be made between 18:30 (18:00 at weekends) and 19:30 or between 21:00 and 21:30 only
• No discounts will be offered should dinner not be taken during the check-in and check-out dates of your stay
• Access to BSpa facilities is not included in this offer
• Should you wish to relax & use the spa facilities, you can book a three hour slot to use the BSpa facilities with 50% off so it is £29.95 for a three hour slot (instead of £29.95 per person). If you wish to book spa access on Friday & Saturday, you will also need to book a spa treatment during your stay (minimum spend of £50 per treatment)

New Year New You Spa Package Terms & Conditions:

• Valid on selected dates between 1^st January and 28^th April 2024
• The investment in improving the spa facilities between January and April will mean that the steam rooms are unavailable and alternative changing facilities will be provided. The sunlight therapy room, hot tub, meditation room, peace & relaxation area and sauna will all still be available.

• All packages must be purchased online
• 50 minute treatment included is from the following:
  • a [comfort zone] facial
  • a Body Brushing paired with a Back, Neck & Shoulder massage
  • a Body Brushing paired with a cranial massage
  • Aromasoul scrub
  • Luxury Manicure
• Deep tissue massages are not included in any of these packages
• Light bites is two dishes from our Light Bites bar menu
• Lunch is a £15 allocation of food plus a soft drink per person
• Afternoon tea consists of a selection of sandwiches with a variety of fillings, a selection of handcrafted sweet treats, buttermilk fruit scone with fruit preserve & clotted cream plus a pot of tea
